1. Before you start
Have these details ready.
A few minutes of preparation makes setup faster and helps support diagnose any problem.

Your full email address
Use the complete address as the username when prompted.

Your email password
Enter it directly into your email app. Never send your password by email.

For example: Windows 11 with Outlook, iPhone with Apple Mail, Android with Gmail, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.

Check Your Email Online
You can access your email anytime from a web browser—no device setup required.
If your account has already been migrated, use the New Mail Server login. If your account has not yet been migrated, use the Current Mail Server login.
