1. Locate the Settings icon within your Apps Drawer.

2. On the top navigation bar, scroll to General.
3. Then tap Accounts

4. Then tap Add Account

5. Then Tap Email

6. Enter your email address: yourmail@yourdomain.com

7. Tap Next
8. Select IMAP Account as the account type

9. On the next screen, use the following settings:
User name: yourmail@yourdomain.com
Password: Your password
IMAP Server: mail.oldcity.com
Security Type: SSL
Port: 993
10. Tap Next
Authentication Failed? Read Tips
- Make sure your user name is typed as shown above and that you did not make a typo (it happens!)
- Try accessing webmail via a web browser
If your browser has a saved password, remove it and manually enter it, to make sure you're using the same password you tried on your mobile device
- If you cannot access webmail, you will need to reach out to your email admin for a possible password reset.
- If you can access webmail, triple check you're typing the same password you used for webmail
- If issues persist, contact your email admin

11. On the next screen, use the following settings:
SMTP Server: secure.emailsrvr.com
Security Type: SSL
Port: 587
Require sign-in: Checked
User name: rtoupin@dimensionconcepts.com
Password: Your password
12. Tap Next

13. Adjust the displayed mailbox settings, if desired.

14. Tap Next
15. Feel free to enter your Email Address or your Name to distinguish this account from others on your device, as well as entering the name that will be displayed on outgoing messages.
16. Tap Done

17. You are all set! Go back to the main menu, open the Email app and your messages should start syncing. Please give it a few minutes to download data before troubleshooting.
